I had the worst experience with this restaurant. If I have the option to give zero stars, I would have given that. The owner harshal and shiva, their staff of 4 ladies and their one delivery guy all are very unprofessionals who have zero hygiene maintenance zero experience of handling customers or restaurant and have no empathy towards their own customers. I have ordered 3 chicken burger meal to my home address which was being delivered by the restaurant itself. This place is hardly 300 to 500 m away from my home still they charged Rs. 50 anyways I agreed to pay that as well. When I ate the burger after one bite I found a dead bug inside my food. When I complaint about it in the restaurant and to the owner both blame me for it and denied to pay the replacement or any refund of it and said it's a part of chicken instead of sharing the images on their whatsapp. When I show the images after arriving in their restaurant then they accept that it's not chicken. Also they don't have any manager in place to handle such matters. For getting my refund I literally have to approach extreme measures then only I received my refund. Therefore, I would recommend not to go for this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

You put a finger on any Burger on their menu, the formidible bun that will be dished out is bound to pamper your taste buds. Not for nothing they are famous for their Burgers in Pune. Conveniently placed near Symbiosis College, you can have a yummy Burger in this friendly café under ₹150! Their burgers are delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They present it in such a way that you would instantly feel like promoting them on your social media. Their milkshakes are just as much of a delight as their Burgers and compliment it from the word go Simply put, Craver's Crown is a pocket-friendly hangout for students with friendly staff who make the cafe a delight at all times. For students of Symbiosis, Craver's Crown is a real boon as their Burgers and Milkshakes are a great value for money.
