Total Scam, pictures are when the property was constructed. Feels like it's been used and not taken care of for 10 years+ when I visited Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My first trip to Goa turned into a nightmare. I had heard about scams targeting tourists, but experiencing it firsthand was worse than I imagined. The place we booked was nothing like the pictures advertised – it was a complete scam. The reality? Leaking kitchens, broken windows, faulty electronics, messy and foul-smelling rooms. It was a disaster. The so-called "swimming pool" was a filthy, unclean mess, and the entire property lacked any sense of hygiene. To make matters worse, the owner avoided all our calls. The staff, some Nepali workers, were incredibly rude and acted as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Their behavior was unacceptable. During our stay, a water motor caused flooding in our rooms, making everything even more unbearable. It was the worst experience of my life. I'm attaching photos and videos to warn others. Please don’t fall for this scam and ruin your trip like we did. I’m never going back to Goa after this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pics posted in booking.com are entirely different from what we saw. The entire house was messy and looks like a cob webbed house. Place is not suitable for families to stay.Very bad experience. Owner trying to escape from calls after we reached location. Was completely betrayed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
