CCD either doesn't care how their outlets are operating or maybe they get wrong inputs. This CCD outlet was worst experience never. The coffee provided had already molten icecreams watery ice and infact the only thing that was up to date was just sugar packets.

Cafe Coffee Day
Whenever we are going to pune Mumbai expressway, we take a short break. This time when I came from Mumbai to Pune We are stop next to urse toll naka food court. Firstly we are going to macdonolds then change plan then going to ccd.
Ambiance was good. Outside temperature is very hot but this place AC could not work.
We ordered 2 cafe latte, Banana Bites, Cocoa Cookie, Classic Strawberry, Cocoa Fantasy.
Coffee was good but dessert was disappointed us. They can’t hot properly and look like frowsty. Service was good.

Totally non standard coffee. Asked for a latte and got some random shit. CDD is the world's most non standard coffee joint. Ordering coffee is like roulette. You are never sure what's going to be served.
