I recently visited McDonald’s Talegaon and ordered a McChicken burger. Unfortunately, the burger I was served didn’t seem fresh or crispy, which was quite disappointing for a brand of such repute. However, when I brought this to their attention, the staff immediately replaced it with another one. While I appreciate their prompt service and willingness to rectify the issue, such incidents should not occur in the first place, especially from a global brand known for its quality standards.
