The staff did not provide the menu at the table; we had to stand up and ask for it ourselves. Orders had to be placed at the counter, and payment was required in advance before the food was prepared. Basic amenities such as tap water and a glass were also not provided, which is generally expected when customers enter a café. Additionally, we ordered cheese chilli toast, but a different dish was served instead. The food quality was quite average and not comparable to similar dishes served at other cafés. We also ordered a basic sweet cold coffee, which was priced at ₹350+, which felt highly overpriced compared to other places offering the same item at much lower rates. Overall, it was not a good experience. Despite having very few customers at the time, the service needs significant improvement, especially in terms of customer care and attention to orders.
