My recent visit to this Cafe Coffee Day outlet was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the cafe appeared open but was unattended. A staff member eventually emerged, displaying a poor attitude and a complete lack of politeness. He even refused a simple request for an extra empty glass and seemed unaware of available products. The outlet itself was unkempt and very dirty, raising doubts about its authenticity. The tea we ordered was unpalatable. This was undoubtedly the worst cafe experience I've had, and it has severely damaged my perception of the Cafe Coffee Day brand.
