I would like to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your staff during my recent visit. The moment I entered the café, before I could even sit, I was told that I must place an order immediately and that sitting without ordering would not be allowed. The tone used was rude and unwelcoming. I have been a regular customer of this café for the past 10 years and have consistently placed orders during my visits. The earlier staff members were familiar with me and always behaved professionally. This sudden change in attitude was unexpected and unpleasant. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
