Café Coffee Day - Inside Wood Square Mall has the great cappuccino selection. Most reviewers have noticed that the staff is nice here. Downscale service is something that visitors would like to improve here. The spectacular atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a hard working week. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

The customer service was the worst they charged us extra, did not gave us a receipt , and later argued that we gave them the wrong order. Even after asking for for the bill they did not gave me the bill, had to ask twice. The food was the worst, the milk tasted like water, the coffee was not strong, they charged extra Rs 142 for a scoop of ice cream, still the coffee was bland. Worst experience ever never going back!!!!!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I agreed with the reviews of most of the customers who went to CCD and came out with utterly dissatisfaction. No wonder they have rated 1 out of 5 To my opinion they do not even deserve 1 Staffs are pathetic and they lack professionalism. They are only spoiling the brand image by their worst service. They lack knowledge about the items available in CCD. I have visited 5-6 branches of CCD in various locations in Kolkata and outside Kolkata to have their brownie which i prefer to have with topping of ice cream without sizzler. None of their outlets had refused me serve this item. This CCD inside Woodsquare Mall is the first branch who denied harshly to serve Brownie without sizzler. At first, they insisted me on having Brownie with sizzler only otherwise they can't serve. Later, when I countered that I had it without sizzler in the same branch few days ago, then they came up with an excuse that ice cream wouldn't be available. I went out without having the food. It's high time for the management to train the staffs adequately before serving customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
