I have always liked Cafe Coffee Day, but there is a reason all the other locations in Rajkot have closed down. They try to sell more expensive items even if you specifically ask for something as simple as a cold coffee. I was sold Vanilla Frappe in the name of cold coffee. When I asked, the staff said signature cold coffee is different from a cold coffee ( obviously it is the cheaper option of the two). I like experimenting with different coffee varieties, but when I ask specifically for a simple cold coffee for others, that is exactly what I expect to be served. Recommendation: Iced Americano is really good, but be very specific about what you want. Point it out in the menu or else they would serve the more expensive version of what you want.
