This place is easy to find, right on the Bhumkar Chowk Service Road. Ambience is good. Interior is good with CCD offered products well show cased. Quality of coffee is well maintained. Food services could be better and can be improved. Service offered is good. This cafe has indoor and outdoor sitting area. Indoor sitting area is good for kids and non-smokers. Surely will recommend for group gatherings, hang out, dates or may be just to sit down and watch the crowd and enjoy a good cup of coffee in admiration. I'm eating this dessert last 13 years ! they supposed to heat the chocolate pastry separately & then put ice cream & nuts on it. I requested them again and again to separate the pastry. but they place hot pastry along with ice cream. which result in melted ice cream & super hard pastry. this is my 3rd order & they spoiled it every single time even after requesting them over call over messenger & by zomato executives. I never seen such rude staff & it is sad to say they have ruined quality of cafe coffee day over the years.
