worst service by CCD they accept orders and deliver after 1:30 hour and don't pick up calls also

I ordered a filter coffee flask serving 5-6 persons. The 690 ml flask that has been delivered to me has hardly enough coffee for one serving. The flask costs more than 500 bucks and when I'm trying to contact Zomato customer care, they are not allowing me any conversation with an agent and giving a refund of Rs. 110. Cafe coffee day says 'they can't do anything now' like packing a wrong order is none of their responsibility. It's just sad when we order from once trusted places (Ccd and Zomato both) and end up being disappointed at the worst possible time. (6 guests at home)
