Extremely Disappointed with CCD Paschim Vihar! I recently started visiting this outlet, but the experience has been downright pathetic. The manager’s attitude is unbelievably rude — he talks as if he’s doing a favor by serving customers. Every time I visit, they say the RO is not working — so who even knows what kind of water they’re using for coffee? They never give proper change back and keep making excuses. They also don’t even have proper cups or crockery for serving — everything is given in takeaway disposables, even if you’re sitting inside. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude, always arguing instead of listening to customers. On top of that, they never give the bill, even though it’s clearly written at the counter that “If you do not receive the bill, the coffee is on us.” I’ve been visiting for days, and not once have they given a bill. This clearly shows how carelessly and dishonestly this outlet is being run. Absolutely unacceptable from a brand like CCD. Never stepping foot in this outlet again. Shameful service, zero professionalism, and no respect for customers! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very Arrogant and Rude Staff at CCD Paschim Vihar! The manager talks as if he’s doing us a favor by serving coffee. Extremely arrogant and unprofessional behavior every single time. They never return the balance change and never give a bill — not even once! I was a regular customer here, but after such repeated rude treatment and careless service, I’m never coming back to this café again. Totally disappointing experience — CCD should seriously look into how this outlet is being managed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
