Service was slow and they were rude and bad behavior towards their customer.
It was yesterday I went to this outlet of CCD along with my wife. We went to see the "Madame Tussauds" museum. After that we went to the cafe to quench our thirst.
It is located on the ground floor, in the campus of the famous "Regal Cinema". The sitting area of the cafe is divided into two with a wall. Our table was just next to the partition wall. On the wall there was a mirror on it. The left side of the wall was painted with a Cannaught Place inner circle building. The counter is in front as you enter the cafe.
I ordered my favorite "Devil's Own" for both of us. So, after placing the order within 5 - 7 minutes we got it. However this time it was served in disposable plastic glasses. I remember last time I had it, was served in normal tall glass. It was yesterday n DLF - Mall of India outlet. Anyways I enjoyed it. It was as usual the best, with proper blend of coffee and ice - cream on top of it. Even my wife liked it too.
The service and staff was good. There is nothing much to say.
Overall, had a good experience.
