During my recent visit to Cafe Coffee Day in Prashanth Vihar, Delhi, my companions and I were unfortunately denied service by the staff. Despite our willingness to order and enjoy our coffee, we were turned away, which was disheartening. As a regular customer who appreciates the quality of products and service at Cafe Coffee Day, this experience was unexpected and left a negative impression. I hope that the management addresses such incidents promptly to maintain the reputation of the establishment. Overall, the service experience was disappointing, and I hope for improvements in customer service to ensure all patrons feel welcome and valued. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
