We visited the outlet and girl on the counter named swati behaves super rudely as soon as we placed aur order. I think she must not known how to interact with the customer in polite language. Very bad experience hence we cancel aur order. Further they even not asked us reason for cancelling the order.. Instead they have said very good just go... It is adviced dont go to CCD of sadar branch.. People there was very rude in nature. Further while placing order they forced customers to choose costly items which can't be appreciated. If manager of same outlet is reading this... Then my message to you that kindly train that people over counter and that person. They pressurised customer hence we left from that outlet

This is fake review the girl at the counter named Swati is great whatever you mentioned is really not true as we always get what we order at vca ccd and the staff there has been always amazing and very well behaved.

Ordered Dutch truffle cake from cafe coffee day ???? ???? Taste :5 ????
