Please cancel the orders immediately if you are incapable to cater the customers.
These guys have consistently provided us with horrible coffee time and again. Never make the mistake of ordering from here online, you will not receive your coffee for the next 1 hour and 30 mins!
Leaving that aside, your coffee will then be cold, half-filled, have hair in it, taste like complan due to the miserly amount of coffee they will add with milk and so on. If you're lucky, out of the 3-4 cups, 1 will be fine. Have had to leave work and go here 3 times to be exact to change the coffee they sent and that is just when I had the time to do so. Twice in the same week. Otherwise, we have no option but to gulp down the horrendous coffee they offer. It's sad that we need coffee and have to deal with all of this, before we have to go down there ourselves and take the coffee.
Zomato blames the store, the store blames the delivery guy and the delivery guy blames the store again, a vicious cycle that never ends.
CCD has lost credibility in office thanks to this one store who perform all tasks so poorly.
We now order from Cafe Moshes and otherwise, make coffee ourselves cause we have no other option like Bru or Nescafe or a Barista nearby and we do not have the time to leave work and visit the mall anyway.
