We four friends went to the cafe and only two of us needed coffee. They refused to serve us until all of us ordered. While we saw many were sitting for a long time and working with just one coffee order. No wonder they are losing business to Starbucks, Third wave cafe.. etc, where service is excellent and one can have a good time with friends. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor service and a lack of the product you specifically went there: I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day, hoping to enjoy their filter coffee, which used to be one of the main reasons I chose to hang out there. However, when I tried to order it, the cashier informed me that it was unavailable. Disappointed, I decided not to order anything else. A few minutes later, a waiter approached us, and I mentioned my attempt to order filter coffee and my decision not to opt for other drinks. To my surprise, in the middle of an important discussion with a client, the waiter interrupted and informed me in an unkind manner that customers are not allowed to stay without placing an order. The inconsistent information about the availability of items, combined with the unfriendly attitude, left a bad impression. It was disappointing to experience such service.
