It is the best spot near Amrita School of Medicine. Take your beloved with you to eat perfectly cooked chicken sandwiches, tandoori chicken and smoked chicken. The staffs are not at all professional and are not in a mental state to assist or provide services for the customers, these people are rude when pointing out there negatives not even thinking there in a service sector just to trash the brand value. Food: 2

We ordered two latte macchiatos, paying nearly the same price as international standards, but what we received was extremely disappointing. We took only one sip and it was a complete disaster. Instead of a proper latte macchiato, they served a very bitter espresso with some milk foam. A real latte macchiato has distinct layers,warm milk at the bottom, espresso poured gently on top, and finished with a layer of milk foam. It is typically served in a 250–300 ml glass. However, what we got was served in a tiny teacup, possibly even smaller. When I discussed this with their staff, the response was, “Yeah, this is the latte macchiato we usually serve here.”. Pathetic!!!!! It seems they don’t understand what a latte macchiato actually is. If you can’t prepare it correctly, you shouldn’t be selling it at premium prices. A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place. Meal type: Other

Ordered Lemon Iced tea and Hazelnut frappe ..... unfortunately there is no lemon nor tea, only loads of ice and water in Lemon iced tea ...... And only water with coffee with zero hazelnut frappe ... Very disappointed... Cafe coffee day ...... extremely disappointing. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
