Slow service. Understaffed. Always have to wait for a long time. Once I had ordered frappe and the next time I ordered classic cold coffee. Tasted the same. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Very poor service. Only limited drinks available that too completely filled with ice hardly any taste of the drink. Very disappointing experience, avoid this outlet Staff is not at all polite and asking to complain on CCD helpline for their poor offering Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day in Kalimpong during my trip from Karnataka and had a fantastic experience thanks to the lovely staff member, Sushana. She went above and beyond to suggest beautiful tourist spots and local restaurants with amazing views. The service was exceptional, and the local food she recommended was delicious. Sushana's guidance truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend Cafe Coffee Day in Kalimpong for a great experience, especially with such helpful staff like Sushana.
