Third class service by Kesang Bhutia, he takes extra prizes in Kalimpong which depicts rate are much higher than original, he is doing misdeeds for very long time.Very poor service. Only limited drinks available that too completely filled with ice hardly any taste of the drink. Very disappointing experience, avoid this outlet, third claass pathetic awful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day in Kalimpong during my trip from Karnataka and had a fantastic experience thanks to the lovely staff member, Sushana. She went above and beyond to suggest beautiful tourist spots and local restaurants with amazing views. The service was exceptional, and the local food she recommended was delicious. Sushana's guidance truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend Cafe Coffee Day in Kalimpong for a great experience, especially with such helpful staff like Sushana.
