Slow service. Understaffed. Always have to wait for a long time. Once I had ordered frappe and the next time I ordered classic cold coffee. Tasted the same. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600

I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day in Kalimpong during my trip from Karnataka and had a fantastic experience thanks to the lovely staff member, Sushana. She went above and beyond to suggest beautiful tourist spots and local restaurants with amazing views. The service was exceptional, and the local food she recommended was delicious.
