The service was slow and the drinks where not at all good. After seeing the whole fort, when you need something refreshing to drink, this place is not a good choice. We wanted to have something light but the cafe was only giving coffee drinks, and the drinks that they offered as coolers, they only had one of that which was pathetic (cucumber mint mojito). This was not at all a good experience. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cafe Coffee Day. I visited with my child, and when we asked for a simple glass of water for my kid, the staff refused to provide one. Even though we ordered food. Not only was that frustrating, but the lack of empathy from the staff was shocking. They seemed completely indifferent to a child's basic need for water. It’s one thing to be busy, but completely ignoring a customer's needs, especially when it's something so basic and reasonable, is unacceptable. This kind of service and attitude makes me question whether I'll ever return. A simple gesture like providing water for a child shouldn't be too much to ask, but apparently, it is at this place. Very disappointing overall! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
