Giving a 3 Star rating because flies (makkhi) keeps roaming inside a costly cafeteria where minimum coffee is 200+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely disappointed with the service at your Sentrum outlet. I visited on 3rd Feb, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating. The staff was unprofessional, slow, and completely disinterested in serving customers properly. To make matters worse, I ordered a espresso, and instead, I was served something completely different. When I pointed it out, the staff was rude and unwilling to correct their mistake. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to specialize in coffee!
