I had a terrible experience today at Café Coffee Day in Miyapur. We ordered a Big Tandoori Paneer Burger, but to our surprise, they didn’t provide tandoori sauce. When I asked at the counter, they casually mentioned that the sauce wasn’t available. If they don’t have the key ingredient, they shouldn’t accept the order in the first place—this was the first mistake. I decided not to take it too seriously and started eating, only to realize that the burger patty didn’t even have paneer. When I asked, they claimed it was a mix of aloo and paneer, which was frustrating. This kind of service feels like a scam—they’re charging full price while compromising on quality!
