Dear owner of Cafe Coffee Day. Please train your staff properly on how to treat customers with respect. There’s a lady behind counter who was so rude and was constantly on phone talking loudly. We are not paying to listen to your employees’ telephone conversations. I ordered a coffee and the lady asked me whether I want it “strong” and I said yes and she charged me Rs 60 extra for adding an “espresso shot”. She didn’t mention about the extra price and when asked about it, she told recklessly that she thought I’m a regular customer and she assumed that I know it. What kind of terminology is that “strong” in a branded cafe? I don’t think so it’s happening beyond your notice and I think you can easily guess which lady I am talking about. I don’t need your apology message. Please don’t spoil the reputation of Cafe Coffee Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
