This place falls short of its brand name. We ordered the "signature cold coffee", and here's where our ordeal began. Firstly, the manager took our order and vanished in thin air, without informing his subordinates about the order, leaving us to wait for our drink for more than 30 minutes. The cherry on cake was when I finally stood up and approached the counter for our delayed order, the 20-something year old Sardar ji told us that there was no such order and the manager didn't inform him before leaving. Anyways, he prepared our coffee and served us. Now here's where another chapter of painful customer experience begins - The SIGNATURE COLD COFFEE was as bland as broth, with just ice water and sugar in it. Asked the same sardar ji to change it. The changed coffee was sweeter with cream and NO COFFEE. This was the point when the lad got into my nerves. I went up and repeated the drill. The sardar ji, this time, when asked, why I couldn't taste the coffee -- he replied, "ehda hi hunda ae" (it is like this only). The manager was then called, who was apparently "busy" after his shift (the same manager who failed to inform about our order). The only saving grace was the Manager, who acted proactively and changed our drink. Btw, my point was not to demean/defame or to extort freebies. The point I wanted to make was, why should I pay 300 bucks for a signature coffee that has only sugar and water in it. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1
