If you want the worst ever experience at cafe coffee day you should definitely visit this outlet. The representatives at the counter are poor at service starting from receiving an order to preparing the order. You pay the usual rates as any other ccd but get an inferior quality product served. I'm sharing this experience after having visited the outlet quite a few times, sparing everytime the poor quality of service thinking it might be a bad day. But truly, if not the worst, it is surely one of the worst outlets of cafe coffee day.
