Despite the cafe being mostly empty, I felt rushed as we kept receiving stares from the staff after finishing our meal. We were also interrupted thrice by the staff in the middle of our conversation. When paying a premium at a lounge, I expect a relaxed environment without feeling unwelcome. This was quite a disappointing experience and significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant visit.
