I love this place, its quite, Though I had a very disappointing experience at this Cafe Coffee Day Cherthala. The staff, Ms. Gauri P S, told me that I must place an order every hour in order to sit here. I have never heard of such a rule in any café. I am a regular visitor to places like Starbucks where people spend time working or reading without being forced to constantly buy items. I even told her I would pay for an item every hour but I cannot possibly keep consuming food and drinks just to keep my seat. This practice is unethical and defeats the purpose of a café, which should be about creating a welcoming environment for customers. As a startup founder myself, I understand the pain of running a business. But policies like this will only drive customers away. During my time here, I was the only customer in the café, and this kind of attitude explains why. This will be my last visit to this place. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
