This place sucks, I'm a regular here as there are not many places that serve cappuccino or varieties in coffee. Thought the menu is the same as any other coffee day, this outlet has no speciality of its own. The staff are not friendly, not courteous and reluctant to even welcome you. The staffs always form a group and talk among themselves and one had to walk up to them to be assisted. A/C is under repair or maintenance most of the days (dont know if it's a cost cutting strategy) or when it's functioning it's dripping water or not cooling efficiently. I've complained several times about it but they say they could do nothing about it. Rate cards had not been changed. I love the Belgian chocolate shots which cost 25/- according to the rate card but they charge 30/-. Complimentary Wi-fi does not work anyway you try or their router or Internet is down. Overall a failure joint that's not quite in the best of days. Needs a wakening.

Since this place is quite close to my maternal grandparents', I find myself going back here to enjoy a cold coffee or something warm to have.

I like how they have a quirky menu and this place seems to attract a lot of teenagers that like to "chill" in the evenings.

The ambiance is calm and comfortable. There is a television playing random hindi songs. The cafe is quite small, considering the crowd it attracts in the evenings. I'd suggest expanding the area a bit. Or introducing some place to sit outdoors.

Coming to the food served here, there is nothing extraordinary about it. More like a place you'd go to if nothing better was nearby.
