Very arrogant lady at the billing desk. I had asked for two coffees and even before finalising the order I asked her to change the order to 1 coffee and she got angry refused to take order for 1 coffee. A LOT CAN HAPPPEN OVER A CUP OF COFFEE - And, one of them is losing loyal customers. GOODBYE, CCD!
