Worst experience by so renowned cafe shop ( Cafe Coffee Day ) Pathankot Near DLM. Air Conditioner is not working, 80% of Items are not available or out of stock. I asked the worker that AC is not working so he said It will be like this only. His name was Ajay. Pathetic experience so far, in my opinion they should close this branch or the main CCD managing team should look into this because it is very bad for the reputation of Cafe Coffee Day. My whole mood was spoiled. Thank You Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The environment this place holds is unmatchable. Talking about the quality of their products, it's really delicious. One must try their coffees and trust me it's worth it. This place also adds true value to the city Pathankot with quality service and adding much more in the infrastructure of the city. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
