Pathetic attitude of the staff which left me fuming. Had gone with 3 other people & while we were discussing the staff came 4 times in a matter of few mins to take the order which I said I would do it once my PPT was done but they kept interrupting me with awful excuses such as you are under CCTV surveillance, it is compulsory to order for at least 800 for 4 ppl, etc. The worst of the staff was a lady who had no manners & was asking ppl to order like she was a waiter from a 3rd class restaurant and was speaking to the other staff in such a loud voice. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This one outlet in new bel road is quite good Like the ambience and food as well as service also. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This outlet of Cafe Coffee Day is located in Sampige Road, Malleshwaram opposite to SaiBaba Temple and has a very good seating arrangements for more people either inside or outside and have smoking Lounge too. We need to order the food in the counter and then the staff will serve you. Table order is not allowed here. When i visited the restaurant free WIFI was not working, there is a network issue inside the outlet,
Interiors are very attractive and it is been redesigned with a good lightnings.

CCD have a wide variety of options like Light Eats, Hearty Sandwiches, Wholesome Bowls, Sinful Desserts, Cake Love, Burger Bounty, Signature Frappes, Chocolate Indulgences, Chill Shakes, Hot Combos, Cold Combos, Hot Coffee Selections, Gourmet Single Origin Coffees, Light Sips, Wellness Range, Sippers N Chillers.

I tried Cappuccino Regular - Tasted as per the coffee lover requirement and Vanilla Cappuccino - was served with a proper portion of vanilla and coffee in it. Always CCD is famous for his range of Signature Cappuccino's.
