You arrived with your friend on 22/03/26 at 7.29 PM unaware that we offer only self service (Clearly Mentioned) and was guided by the staff for the same. 2.) Upon which your order was placed after discussion with your friend for 2 cold coffee Thickshakes at 7.31 PM 3.) You were asked by billing staff wether you would like it Thick or Thin for which you didn't reply. Hence provided Thick. 4.) Your order was prepared at 7.35 PM in just four minutes and delivered to you. 5.) You were pleased and you left the outlet after consuming the entire coffee at 7.48 PM for which we have video evidence and you didn't complain about anything. Points to be observed after going your profile. 1.) this is your 1st Comment and feedback on Google. 2.) You are defaming and mis guiding our other customers. 3.) We have official CCTV footage. 4.) You were not pleased just because our outlet is a self service outlet and which hammered your ego.
