I recently visited Cafe chai Tapri in lower chuttia. I tried the burger and noodles, and they were just okay. Nothing special, but not bad either. The problem was the service. It was really slow and the staff seemed unhappy. Despite all this , I think it's an okay option if you're in the area and don't have many other choices.
