Cafe Central is a well-known spot in Panjim and easily one of the best places to grab quick Goan snacks. Their mushroom samosa is the best and an absolute must-try. Everything here is served super fast, fresh, and full of that authentic Goan touch. You’ll find a huge variety of snacks along with plenty of bakery products to choose from. What really makes a difference is the clean, fresh taste of the oil used in their snacks—you can genuinely tell the quality while eating. A perfect place for a quick, satisfying bite in Panjim. This is more of a take away cafe. Their chocolate walnut cake, mango cake, wine biscuits are WOW!!! Veg puffs are yummy too. I have been visiting Cafe central for 20+ years now and they never disappoint. You get fresh baked products if you visit in the evening.
