Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Behavior I recently visited Cafe Buddy’s Espresso, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I was in the middle of an important Zoom meeting when a waiter interrupted me multiple times, insisting that I place an order, despite me clearly being busy. This lack of awareness forced me to cut my meeting short and leave the cafe. As a marketing and legal consultant, I often work remotely and understand the need for professionalism, especially in customer service. The staff here, however, seemed completely unaware of how to handle such situations. What made things worse was my interaction with someone at the reception, who claimed to be the owner. His inability to manage the issue only added to the poor experience, showing a real lack of customer care. I strongly urge management to train their staff on handling professional customers who need a quiet and respectful space. Interrupting a meeting to push for an order is unprofessional and easily avoidable. Simply asking, "Would you like me to come back later?" would have made a significant difference. Additionally, ordering a water bottle should not be frowned upon. Customers may have their reasons, whether it’s for diet, fasting, or just wanting something light. Pushing for larger orders is not only disrespectful but also shortsighted. If sales are the primary concern, then clear guidelines should be posted in the cafe, so customers know what to expect. Transparency would help prevent misunderstandings. Due to this level of unprofessionalism, I will be raising this matter with the head branch in Bikaner, hoping they address such concerns better in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
