Take your family with you and have perfectly cooked filet américain. This restaurant offers good belgian waffles, pancakes and chocolate waffles. Food delivery is a big plus of The Waffle Bar. A lot of reviewers highlight that the staff is friendly at this place. If you want to experience nice service, you should go to this place. Where do I start? The waffles are bad, the attitude of the staff is worse! The manager Neeraj is extremely unprofessional! Terrible experience with the waffle bar! I had ordered 2 large waffle sundaes a couple of weeks ago and it was nothing like what was advertised. On speaking with the manager, he told me that since there are no delivery executives available, he couldn't process the replacement for the order but asked me to visit the store. Wanted to give the place another shot today, called Neeraj and told him I'd be placing an order and for him to send the other two waffle sundaes too. He agreed and when I got the order, he had sent only two!!! What's worse is he is now cutting calls! This is the manager of this establishment and it's pathetic how the entire staff treats customers! Avoid this place at all costs. You're better off ordering from the Belgian Waffle Company. Those waffles are worth it.
