Extremely disappointed with the experience at Cafe Bae today. I had ordered a chocolate belgium cake for a special occasion, but they delivered the wrong one. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, instead of helping, the staff behaved quite rudely and were not willing to take responsibility.When customers place an order for an important celebration, they trust the café to deliver what was promised. Delivering the wrong item is one thing, but responding with rude behaviour is completely unacceptable.I hope Cafe Bae takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service and customer handling in the future. A little professionalism and courtesy can make a big difference.
