The taste is not the same as it used to be decades ago. I remember a time when cafe arfa was one of the only places that served great mughlai food. Unfortunately the standards have deteriorated. Had eaten thier dum biryani a couple of days back, it was dry, tasteless and probably the worst I've ever had Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
