We had breakfast at Cafe Arabia but our experience was very disappointing. Their breakfast menu is completely different from what was shown. That lady informed us that the chefs were no available so the items listed on the menu could not be prepared. Instead the lady said she would make sandwiches with omelet and sausage. The quantity is too small and the sausage is undercooked. We didn't complain because we understood that there was no chef. At the time of billing, she charged us Rs 610. It's not about money but we have a right to ask. When we asked how the amount was high. She said that we have to pay for a combo, before she takes the order we asked her clearly, her way of communicating with customer was very poor and it felt like she was only focusing on takingmoney . This is not the first time we faced issues. Previously when I ordered noodles, I found steel wire inside the noodles, today we were already coming from far, so we had no other choices because our office is near from this Cafe, but the service was again the same disappointing. With this kind attitude the business will not grow in future. My suggestion is not to visit Cafe Arabia, better to go somewhere else where the service and food quality are better. I didn't like the owner that lady honestly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800
