We visited Pa Pa Ya with our two young kids under 10 (one just 6 years old), expecting a nice family meal, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. We ordered the Hot Pot, yet the staff rudely refused, claiming it “cannot be shared by two small kids,” making us feel completely unwelcome. To add to the frustration, the printed menu had wrong rates, and the staff couldn’t even tell us the correct prices. For such an expensive restaurant, the cheap and unprofessional behavior was shocking and unacceptable. We left feeling overcharged and undervalued as a family. Total disappointment—avoid this place completely. Meal type: Lunch
