Terrible Customer Service – Rude and Unprofessional Staff! I had an absolutely awful experience at amazon cafe because of one of the lady staff member. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and had no basic manners. Her attitude was arrogant, unprofessional, and she was interested in staring at her phone than actually doing her job. When I asked something, she didn’t even bother to respond properly and acted like I was invisible.this is completely unacceptable. If management cares at all about their reputation, they should seriously reconsider who they hire. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with such disrespectful and unhelpful staff. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
