TLDR: Some good dishes, absolutely pathetic service. Go at your own risk.
Ambience - Only one main room has a good ambience, is decorated as per the theme. Seems like a house turned into a cafe, the other rooms were plain. Our table was right next to the toilet with no option for a change (had reserved a table in advance). They have a small garden with tables there too.
Food: Gilly weed (the double colour drink) is presented well, tastes a lot like Bovento. Butter beer was ok. The Baby Corn Cigars as starters was really good. The Alfredo Veg Pasta was ok, had a good amount of vegetables though. The Mexican Quesadilla was meh. The veggies were doused in tomato ketchup, and there were barely any beans. We were so annoyed by the service that we didn't order any desserts. We just wanted to leave.
Service: This is the part that was so bad, it spoilt our lunch today. It was a "why did I choose this place" experience. Though we were seated, nobody came to take an order. I went and asked them to take our order after waiting a while. Placed order for drinks and one starter. Placed main course order after 5 minutes, which was around 2pm. Had to follow up for our drinks twice, and they finally came 30 minutes later. The sole starter came 5 mins later. Main course came after one more follow up. So we went in at 1.45pm, main course was served at 3pm. And for every follow up, one has to get up, go search for someone and ask. Best part, the answer I got was "it takes 25 minutes after you place the order for food to come, it is there in our menu". When I pointed out it has been way longer than that, I was told the cafe has other customers and it will take time. I did get to speak to the person who runs the place (he did not offer his name), he did apologise and said they have staff issues and asked me to come back after a week. Icing on the cake was being charged a "service charge" in spite of complaining about the non existent service.
With this kind of a service, I wouldn't risk going there again. Paid a total of ₹1700/- for this and we left completely unsatisfied. If you want to try it, do so at your own risk.
