Despite having five employees on duty and only one table occupied, no one approached us to take our order. I noticed one staff member suggesting that someone take the order, but the person at the cash counter asked us to come there instead. As a newly opened café, this would be a great opportunity to create a positive first impression by offering attentive and welcoming service rather than leaving customers waiting. I hope the service improves, as the place has good potential.
