When visiting this restaurant, it's a must to try great coffee. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at Cafe 41 Kalpetta is something one can call good. The nice atmosphere is to be found here. This place has received Google 4.6 according to the guests' opinions.

We visited Cafe 41, Kalpetta after reading several positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was completely different. I just checked and realised all positive review are few months old not the recent ones. The staff appeared quite unprofessional, especially when they mixed up veg and non-veg sandwiches, which is a serious issue and something no café should get wrong. We also ordered a masala omelette, It doesn’t require a Michelin-star chef or rocket science. And yet, they managed to mess that up too.It was served half-cooked and raw inside, making it impossible to eat. When we brought this to their attention, the only response we received was “Sorry sir, the staff is new.” While mistakes can happen, this explanation felt inadequate, especially when it concerns food quality and hygiene. If you’re a vegetarian, I would strongly advise being cautious. The veg options are extremely limited—just one sandwich with soggy bread, one pizza option, and a single veg patty burger, apart from French fries. Overall, the café did not live up to the reviews or expectations. I would recommend not relying solely on online ratings before visiting, as our experience was quite disappointing. A lovely café experience overall! Their San Sebastian cheesecake is hands down the best—perfectly creamy, rich, and absolutely indulgent. The pizzas are equally impressive, with great flavors and a well-balanced crust. Pair it all with their excellent coffee, and you’ve got the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food was very good, the tender golden chicken and the bruschetta were amazing. The coffees were okay, if you like coffee on the less sugary side make sure to let them know while ordering, overall great experience the vibe was nice, it's clean and cutesy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
