Cafe 2.0 is pretty near Loyalty Lounge. At this restaurant, you can order dishes as a takeaway. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer tasty chicken here. You will be offered good coffee.

The panner tikka Sandwich was not fresh. I paid RS 600 for 2 paneer tikka Sandwich and asked them to pack it so that i can have in my flight. But when i opened the packaging i found only 1 paneer tikka Sandwich. I messaged them for the refund of rs 300 which they haven't packed it but they lack professionalism and do not entertained my query. Cheaters and frauds. Don't trust them at all. This was cafe 2.0 gate 23 terminal 1c. Food: 1 Service: 1

I have just been to this cafe 2.0 asking for a small cup of warm water for my 1 year old child, and the lady named SEJAL denied to serve, saying we do not serve warm water. I then got my baby warm water from a nearby Cafe Coffee Day. I have questioned Sejal asking why I was denied to be served warm water for my child, she said ask the cafe 2.0 staff, and she moved away from there, when I asked the staff they said they can serve the baby, there was no problem, then they said that they were not sure why she denied, so I called her back asking her the reason why I was denied? Then she spoke to the staff, and the staff said, she mentioned that she did not understand what i said which is a total lie i believe, and if she didn't understand she needs to ask me to repeat what I said not just say no. This is really unprofessional. Thank you to the remaining staff who were happy to serve my baby warm water and Thank you to CAFE COFFEE DAY Staff for just served straight away. Service: 1

Very bad at coffee making no etiquettes with guest need training on coffee making and guest service very disappointed.
