Cafe 2.0 is pretty near Loyalty Lounge. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve nicely cooked sandwiches here. Guests don't like coffee at this restaurant.
From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is nice here. Professional service is something that visitors don't like at Cafe 2.0. The atmosphere is peaceful, as clients see it. But people rate this place below average on Google.

Today i.e on 21/11/2024 around 05:30 AM bought a Masala Tea from Cafe 2.0 at Mumbai Airport T1. When asked the Girl on duty about brown sugar (sweetner) ,it wasn't available at that time. Even she didn't provide a spare cup saying it was on count. I asked her about the simple cup the same from which she was having a Tea,but, still according to her it was on count. I think this cafe should learn from their neighbor "cafeccino" about service. Pathetic Cafe 2.0.

Very bad at coffee making no etiquettes with guest need training on coffee making and guest service very disappointed.
