Café 103, Shimla is a total vibe. Great food, awesome view and a space that makes one truly relaxed. Perfect spot if you want something a little premium without it feeling stiff. Big shoutout to Pankaj — super attentive and genuinely thoughtful. He picked up on our preferences quickly and made everything smooth and easy. Service like that really stands out.
