We visited Cafe 103 recently on our way back home from Shimla. To be honest, before being here we had huge hopes from this cafe. But unfortunately, we had quite average experience below our expectations. They have some good views around. Overall food is average & service is really poor. They need to upgrade a lot to be in the league! It should be named 103 highway Dhaba rather than being 103 cafe. We are not stopping by next time if we are on the way to Shimla or coming back. Not recommended Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹200–400

I was recently searching for a place to eat and came across this Ice Hockey themed Cafe. What a lovely atmosphere and seating areas. Both outdoor and indoor seating is available with swing as well. They serve amazing food I must say. Highly recommend this place . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m writing this as someone who has visited this café multiple times. I usually end up coming here because it’s the only café close to me where I can sit and have some quiet time, but the experience has been consistently disappointing.This time, I ordered an iced latte and was served an iced coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff’s response was, “Both are iced drinks, just drink it and taste it,” instead of apologizing or replacing the order. That level of customer service is simply unprofessional.The cheesy fries were equally disappointing. There was barely any cheese on them—just a tiny dollop of cheese sauce—so they were basically plain fries.On several occasions, when I’ve asked the staff to clean the table, they would simply ignore the request, leaving food stains and marks on it. On another visit, it was very windy and looked like it was about to rain. After the family sitting inside had left, I politely asked if I could move indoors, but the staff refused and simply said, “No, now you can’t move.”Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. The staff have been unprofessional on several of my visits, and issues are rarely handled properly. I only keep coming because it’s the closest café to me. If you have other options, I’d genuinely recommend going somewhere else.
