I had a terrible experience at Caelestis Restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. Once seated, no one even came to offer water for 40 minutes! I had to go to the reception to request basic service. When we finally placed our order, two dishes arrived after an hour, and the third dish was taking so long that we decided to cancel it and leave. The most shocking part? Not a single staff member apologized for their poor service. No effort was made to rectify the situation or offer even a basic apology. The food taste is also overhyped, Not at all worth it! This restaurant lacks professionalism, customer service, and efficiency. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest looking for better dining options in Bilaspur. Not worth the hype at all! Ambience is way too good and soothing, especially in good weather. Food should be improved. Very limited menu some basic items are missing like garlic noodles or rice. Cream Cheese dumplings were noice but its not for Indian taste buds so do not expect unless you have a tongue for authentic continental dishes. Ravioli pasta’s pasta was way too thick. It should be thinner and we have other restaurants and cafes in Bilaspur that serve thinner ravioli pasta, so it is a suggestion. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
