A local attraction - Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, which is situated beside this cafe, is a part of the original culture of this city. Many guests come to degust good chicken. You will be offered perfectly cooked blueberry cheesecakes. Most likely, you'll come back to Cacao Bakery later to try delicious coffee.

Chic local bakery with exclusive items like patties. I had a warmed chicken cheese patty which was very flavorful. Then a generous, big, cup of pleasant hot cappucino that even my wife approved of. She is not a coffee person. We had it with a soft banana cake. This place has plenty of seating, unlike other nearby bakeries where you just have to take the food to street or wait for a seat. The ladies running Cacao were friendly and made sure we had the best cafe experience. Worth making this a regular spot to visit. Very cozy bakery located in the heart of Mahatama Gandhi marg in Gangtok. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and they offer a wide selection of pastries, including muffins, cookies, as well as drinks, including coffee, cappuccino, café latte, milkshakes, hot, chocolate, tea, as well as cold drinks.
