Last evening we made our second trip to CTC Choudhary Tara Chand ... and this was in span of two weeks. However the food ... service and ambience we found to the same level of excellence. This is no-frill north inddian food joint; specialising mostly on fares from Punjab. But on both the days we found the items we ordered, be it Chicken Kabab of ChurChur Naan of Veg items ... all are lip snacking. It reminded us of our various trip to rural parts of Punjab and Amritsar. And it was also nice to see that they have placed a Tip Box near the cash counter so that willing customers can show some gratitude to all the staff at CTC. We hope that they maintain this level of service abd food quality in future also. Pathetic service. What we ordered was delivered to other tables who came after us and placed order much later. There is no management when asked keep saying it's coming. We have no problem in waiting but order management should be there. It's right besides road which has good amount of traffic so you'll be eating a lot of dust and dirt along with food. There are flies and insects as it's an open space.
I won't be going back any time soon.
