I haven’t had such delicious North Indian food in a really long time. For starters, I recommend their mushroom tikka. I loved the flavor of mustard oil, and the filling was unlike anything I’ve tasted before. Paneer chur chur naan, with dal makhani and chole, was also outstanding. I live quite far, but I’d come back again just to eat a plate of this. I could tell they use high-quality ingredients and focus on delivering excellent taste. Their portion sizes are also very generous. After having their lassi, I felt like I was in Punjab. CTC is my new favorite restaurant in Bangalore, and I’m sure if you visit it’ll become yours too! If you’re craving authentic North Indian food in Bangalore, this place is a must-visit! The flavours remind you of home — especially the chaap curry, chhole chawal, and their famous lassi. The food is rich, comforting, and full of that proper desi touch. Loved the vibe and service too. Definitely going back! Pathetic service. What we ordered was delivered to other tables who came after us and placed order much later. There is no management when asked keep saying it's coming. We have no problem in waiting but order management should be there. It's right besides road which has good amount of traffic so you'll be eating a lot of dust and dirt along with food. There are flies and insects as it's an open space.
I won't be going back any time soon.
