Tried for a food delivery in Aluva...Very poor service by staff and pure mismanagement in all aspects ..someone took the order and later on forgot to forward to kitchen they say after keeping us waiting for nearly 2hrs...when i reached directly in hotel go to see all seats empty...if you can't manage few orders after advertising big offers, dont go for it...
