Report incorrect information
There are not many good restaurants / eating joints that serves good oriental food. Bercos and Golden Dragon are trusted chains but are much more pricier than crazy forks. This one makes good tasty and authentic oriental food.
Complained to the restaurant about the spicy food and they said can only replace the items if message is conveyed through Swiggy as order was placed thru them and diverted us to Swiggy.
On contacting Swiggy, they expressed their unability to accord any service or help us in any manner. However, offered Rs.75/- discount on our next order.
The funniest drama is Swiggy customer care told us that restaurant informed them thei ordered items are no longer available and kept us on hold for about 7 minutes they refused to redeliver the food.
This was a nightmare and insulting in presence of our guests for whom the food was ordered.
We can't forget this situation and in future cant think of placing the order for food through Swiggy and particularly with Crazy Forks.
